How to Download Video from Facebook

There are several ways that can be used to download video from the popular site - Facebook.

1st: Use software like Internet Download Manager (IDM), Speedbit Video Downloader, RealPlayer and etc. In this tutorial I'm going to use IDM.

Just follow the instructions in the folder to install the software. After you've installed the software, open the browser and then go to the page of the video that you want to download.

Just click on the video to play. (Note: Make sure you'd installed the latest version of flash in your system). Then, it will look something like this:

Notice the 'Download this video' button at the top of the video?

Just click the button and then download the file (Click the 'Start Download' button). That's it..

Please note that i'm using Mozilla Firefox version 5.

 

2nd: Just add the word "down" just before "facebook.com" in the link at the address field of your browser. For example:

http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=xxxxxxxx .

http://www.downfacebook.com/video/video.php?v=xxxxxxxx. 

Press 'Enter'. And for the next step, just follow the instructions.

Please note that some region/ country may not be able to access the site. Using proxy/ openDNS is recommended.

 

3rd: Just paste the link of the video here: http://www.facebookvideodown.com/ (Make sure that your computer is installed with java).

Please note that not all videos can be download using this site. The video with privacy setting set to 'private' is not available for download. The owner of the video will have to change the privacy setting to 'everyone' before it can be downloaded.

So, the best method i would recommended is by using the IDM. You can download any video you want with faster speed and time.
