How to Convert Word File/ Webpage to PDF

This tutorial will show you how to convert word file (.docx) or webpage to PDF. Here's how you do it:

For this tutorial, you're going to need PrimoPDF software. Download HERE.

1. Microsoft word:

1.  Open the word file that you want to convert. In this example, I'm gonna convert the file "LearningIsFun.docx".

2.  Go to Menu > Print (or just press 'Ctrl + P' on your keyboard).

Note: The PrimoPDF software acts as an actual printer. So, settings like the scaling, color, page per sheet also can be set.

4. Click the 'Create PDF' button. Then, click 'Save'. (By default, it will be saved in My Document as "LearningIsFun.pdf"). See pictures below:

2. Webpage:

Actually, the steps are just like the same for printing from website. Here's how you do it:

1. Open the page that you want to print.

2. Then, go to your browser menu, and select 'Print' (or just Ctrl +P)

Menu > Print

3. Then, click the 'Create PDF' button. Then, click 'Save'. (By default, it will be saved in My Document).

4. Done.

Additional notes: Primo PDF is actually like a printer which the printing output is a pdf files. So, whenever you found a "Print This Page" button on the website, but you don't have a printer to print, PrimoPDF really come in handy at a time like that. Just click on the "Print This Page" button and set the printer to PrimoPDF.
