For this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to extract these files to a single file. What you need is either Winrar or 7zip.
Download and install the software.
Okay, now we're ready to begin. Go to the files that you want to extract. This is mine:
Make sure the name of each file is the equally the same (except for the .part1, .part2, .part3 and so on). And, now for the extraction procedures.

Note: If you don't want to extract the file in the same directory as the part files, select "Extract file..." (instead of "Extract Here...") and choose the directory in which you want to extract the file into.After the etraction, it will look kinda like this:
Notes: The most important thing in extracting the file is that you must make sure all the part files are in the same name. Failed extraction occur when:
As you can see, the name of part3 and part7 are slightly different with the others. So, the extraction will fail. Also, make sure that all the parts are available:
For .001 files, use 7zip to extract them. See the picture below:
Tested OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit). It should work on all Windows-operated computers.
